    1864: Arms 15 s. rose, perf. 9½, used with 1867 10 s. blue, single and horzontal pair, on 1869 cover to London tied by "Constantinopel" small wreath datestamps (8/6) in black (Tchililinghirian fig. 386). Fraamed 'P.D.' in red on front with London arrival (June 14). Reverse with Vienna transit (12/6) in black.
