    1864: Arms 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, a used example on small envelope to Bucharest, Romania tied by wreathed "Constantinopel" datestamp (5/2) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 385), paying the Levant rate of 10 soldi and Austrian rate of 5 soldi, introduced in January 1867. Reverse with Austrian P.O. cds of arrival (9/2). A charming cover.
