    1864 10 s. deep blue and 15 s. brown (2), perf. 9½, used on cover to Marseille; tied by wreathed CONSTANTINOPEL datestamps (3/11) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 385). Strasbourg entry mark (Nov 13) on front, reverse with Vienna transit cds and Paris transit.
