    1864: Arms 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, a used horizontal pair on 1865 entire letter to Widdin, Bulgaria tied by wreathed "Constantinopel" datestamp (16/6) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 385), paying the Levant single rate of 20 soldi.
