    1863: Arms 15 s. brown, perf. 14, and 1864 5 s. rose, perf. 9½ used on 1864 entire letter to Rustschuk, Bulgaria tied by "Constantinopel" wreathed datestamp (16/6) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 385). Some trivial aging and file folds well away from the adhesives, a very scarce mixed issue usage. Signed Seitz.
