    Austrian P.O. in Sistov 1864: 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, a horizontal pair used on April 14, 1866 double weight cover from Sistov to Constantinople; the front panel with manuscript "Sistof" at top, the adhesives cancelled by pen strokes. Reverse with Austrian P.O. 'Constantinopel' cds (April 23) in black. An extremely rare and most attractive usage. Signed Nakri AIEP.
