    Austrian P.O. in Rustschuk 1868: Postal Waybill "Frachtbrief" printed for Rustschuk, used for a 1 pound 17 loth parcel of 1'000 florins, prepaid at 2 florins 40 kreuzer, to be sent to Vienna, struck with straight line FRANCO and RUSTSCHUK circular datestamp (31/5) in black (Tchilinghirian figs. 877, 881) with LAUT ANGABE notification handstamp below above manuscript date.
