    Austrian P.O. in Rustschuk 1867/78: 3 s. pale green and 10 s. blue in a vertical pair, used on 1873 single rate cover from Rustschuk / Ruse to Jersey, Channel Islands tied by circular RUSTSCHUK datestamp (29/10) struck in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 876). Red manuscript '8' pence credit on front and reverse with Jersey arrival cds (Nov 4). Minor imperfections but an extremely scarce destination, especially so from a Bulgaria Post Office.
