    Austrian P.O. in Rustschuk 1864: Arms 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, three examples used on 1866 registered cover from Rustschuk / Ruse to Vienna, with horizontal pair on obverse tied by two strikes of RECOM in black and 10 s. on reverse tied by circular RUSTSCHUK datestamp struck in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 876). Two further strikes of straight line RECOM at right and FRANCO alongside (Tchilinghirian figs. 881, 882). Reverse with Vienna datestamp of receipt (6/6) in black. Just four registered covers from this period are recorded. A rare and fine cover. Signed G. Colla.
