    Austrian P.O. in Rustschuk 1864: Arms 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, two examples used on 1868 double rate cover from Rustschuk / Ruse to Constantinople tied by circular RUSTSCHUK datestamp (14/3) struck in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 876). Reverse with 'Constantinopel' Austrian P.O. datestamp of receipt (15/3) in black. Peripheral imperfections but a scarce cover.rnrn
