    Austrian P.O. in Philippopolis 1867/78: 10 s. blue, a single example used on 1880 cover from Plovdiv / Philippopolis to Poitiers, France addressed to the Consul General of Eastern Roumelia, tied by fine FILIPOPOLI circular datestamp (23/3) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 868). Avricourt entry marking in blue (31/3) on front and reverse with Poitiers arrival cds (31/3) in black. A scarce and most attractive cover. Opinion Todd (2015).rn
