    Austrian P.O. in Philippopolis 1860: Registered prepaid cover from Plovdiv / Philippopolis to Constantinople struck with very fine strikes of FRANCO and RACCOM handstamps alongside FILIPOPOLI circular datestamp (30/11) all struck in black (Tchilinghirian figs. 868, 872, 874); with wreathed 'Constantinopel' cds of Austrian P.O. on reverse; matched with 1860 prepaid un-registered entire with FILIPOPOLI circular datestamp and straight line FRANCO in black.
