Recess by Henri Gillet from Perkins Bacon Plates 1854 (April): 5 c. Burnt Siena, wmk. pos. 4, a used example with huge margins all round and portion of adjoining stamp at right, in a very dark shade - darker than the normal burnt sienna but, in this describer's opinion, a tad lighter than the chocolate - neatly cancelled in black.
