    Recess by Narciso Desmadryl from Perkins Bacon Plates 1854 (Jan-Feb): 5 c. deep reddish brown, wmk. pos. 1, fine slightly blurred impression showing heaping of the ink, the exceptional unused horizontal pair with margins all round, in a very 'red' shade on quadrille paper, fresh and very fine unused without gum. A beautiful and extremely rare multiple for the connoisseur. Cert.
