    London Printing 1853 (July 1): 10 c. deep bright blue on yellowish paper, four single examples with generally large margins all round, used on second sheet of 1854 entire letter to Valparaiso at 2 ounce rate, cancelled by three strikes of the six barred target handstamp in black with SANTIAGO datestamp (April 6) in red alongside. File fold well away from adhesives, a fine and attractive first issue high franking of considerable charm and great rarity: the largest multiple usage of the 1853 10 centavos on letter. Signed A.
