    London Printing 1853 (July 1): 5 c. red-brown on blued paper, a used example with touched to large margins all round, used on 1854 entire letter from Copiapo to Morlaix, France cancelled by seven barred target handstamp in red with corresponding COPIAPO cds (March 3, 1854) at left in same ink. Two line PANAMA / TRANSIT in red and three line dated PANAMA / TRANSIT in black (March 28) on obverse and thence via London (April 17) and Calais to destination, where charged with handstruck '21' décimes in black.
