    1887/88: 20 c. black on lilac, a used horizontal pair tied to 1892 registered cover to New York by 'Agencia Correos Nacional / Panama' duplex (23/8) in blue, with 'Colombia' 1889 registration 10 c. red at left (Scott F10). Reverse with New York arrival (Aug 30) in violet. Slight closed tear in face panel at right not affecting the appearance. A scarce usage of this issue on letter.
