    Tampico 1856: 1 r. yellow in a horizontal pair and single 2 r. green (both Tampico overprints) used on Jan 18, 1859 cover endorsed 'por Tennessee' to New York paying the 'Extraordinario' Express rate to Vera Cruz, tied by "Correos / Mexico" datestamps in black. "New Orleans / La." cds of transit (Jan 28) and "Steamship / 10" charge marking all on obverse of a fresh and very fine entire and a scarce 'out of dictrict' usage. Signed Todd AIEP.
