    1871/72: ½ r. ultramarine on surface blued paper, a horizontal pair with large margins all round, used on refolded 1871 legal cover to Latacunga tied by neat strike of circular "VINCES / FRANCA" datestamp in red (Aug 23) with dates inverted.
