    1865: 10 c. violet, a fine example with large margins all round, tied to 1865 registered cover to San José de Cucuta by oval "BOGOTÁ" handstamp in black. Corners of cover with "0" weight marks used to denote registration with two line "Certificacion à Bogotá / Salio en 8 de Abril de 1865" with date inserted in manuscript, all struck in red. Receipted inside as received (April 25). A delightful and rare cover.
