    Cobija Provisional 1917: Type I "Correos / 10 cts. / 1917" in red on 1 c. blue Transacciones Fiscal, used on the famous cover to Chicago endorsed 'via Pará (Brazil)' in manuscript, tied by circular "CORREOS DE BOLIVIA / COBIJA" datestamp well struck in violet (Feb 1, 1917). Reverse with 'Xapuri / (Acre)' transit cds (Feb 6) and unclear February 25 datestamp in black. Some minor edge wear mentioned for accuracy but of no significance, this being the sole recorded usage of this rare Provisional on letter. An Exhibition item of great importance to Bolivian philately.rnrnProvenance: Collection R.
