    1894/96: 3 d. dull mauve & olive-brown and 6 d. dull mauve & black used on registered cover to Boston, USA tied by ESHOWE / ZULULAND cds (March 10), with oval 'R' below. 'Registered / London' hooded datestamp of transit (April 3) in violet on front. Reverse with British Governmental crest and circular 'Treasury / Zululand' datestamp (March 10) in violet alongside 'Durban / Natal' transit cds (March 11).
