    Overprinted ZULULAND 1888/1893: ½ d. vermilion, two used horizontal pairs on 1893 cover to Johannesburg, Transvaal, correctly rated at 2 d. but one pair un-cancelled, the other cancelled by under-inked "Lower Tugela / Natal" datestamps in black. Further "Lower Tugela / Natal" cds on reverse (Feb 24), "Durban / Natal" transit cds (Feb 25) and Johannesburg arrival cds (Feb 27). Small envelope imperfections but scarce.
