Celliers on behalf of the Stamp Commission, Pretoria 1875/76: 6 d. deep blue on very thin hard transparent (pelure) paper, wide roulette 6½, an unused example in a deep shade, unused without gum. A very rare stamp. Cert. BPA (1977) Gi = £ 1'200.rnrnNote: Whilst the above stamp has a certificate as described above, we concur with Lars Jorgensen that this stamp is Gibbons 51 on thin soft opaque paper. Either way, a very rare stamp.
