    'V.R.I.' with level stops 1900 (March 19): 6 d. on 6 d. blue, a horizontal pair used on local cover, left hand stamp variety "6 Omitted" and right hand stamp normal, positions 41-42, tied by 'Bloemfontein / OVS' cds (March 24, 1900) in black. Information strike at left, a charming and rare cover mailed just days after the presumed issue.
