    Overprinted with small "G" in 2 Types 1878 (June): Cape 4 d. dull blue optd. italic "G" in black, Type 16, used on 1878 cover, with complete contents dated August 13, to Emil Burmester in Cape Town tied by KIMBERLEY datestamp in black (Aug 13). 'Cape Town / Cape Colony' arrival cds (Aug 21) at right. Some minor aging on perforations but a scarce cover.
