    Wide Setting 1900 (April 10): Baden-Powell 3 d. pale blue on blued horizontally laid paper, an intermediate deep shade in a used block of four, marginal from left of the sheet of twelve subjects, positions 5-6 / 9-10, the lower two stamps showing the progression of the diagonal "Cracked Plate" flaw running across the tops of the stamps, cancelled by individual MAFEKING / C.G.H. datestamps (May 12) leaving the flaw clear. One short perf. at top and some paper adherence on reverse but a magnificent and extremely rare multiple of great visual appeal Gi = £ 4'800+.
