    Narrow Setting 1900 (April 6-10): Baden-Powell 3 d. pale to deep blue (intermediate shade) on blued horizontally laid paper, a used example on cover addressed to 'Trooper Saul Sweet, C Troop, D Squadron, Protectorate Regiment, B.S.A. Fort' tied by MAFEKING / C.G.H. datestamp (April 23) in black. Slight staining at top of envelope just touches perforations of adhesive but a scarce cover. Cert. RPSL (1960).
