    1893 (March): 1 d. on 2 d. pale bistre, used example on small piece showing variety "Surcharge Double", barely noticeable pulled perf. at top, tied to piece by 'Port Elizabeth' squared circle datestamp in black (27.7.1893). A very scarce stamp. Cert. BPA (2018) Gi = £ 600.
