    1891: De La Rue Appendix sheet 'B' dated 'April 9th, 1891' at top, with five Colour Trials for proposed 2½ d. value: perforated ½ d. printed in the chosen colour of sage-green; perforated 1 d. value in magenta; perforated 1 d. value in deep magenta; imperforate example for 3 d. in green on orange-yellow paper and imperforate 3 d. in carmine on orange-yellow paper. All are initialled in red below each Trial. Illustrated in the 'De La Rue Collection' edited by Frank Walton RDP on page 2455.
