    1871/76: 5 s. bright orange, imperforate Proof block of twelve (6 x 2) separated by interpanneau margin, on surfaced paper and overprinted CANCELLED in black, produced for the 1872 South Kensington Exhibition of Fine Arts. Central crease in margin only and a couple of trivial age spots, fresh and fine unused without gum. Scarce and most attractive block.
