    De La Rue Printing 1863/64: 1 d. deep carmine-red, Trial Printing, wmk. Crown CC sideways and showing the sheet marginal line of watermark, unused example in a rich shade overprinted SPECIMEN (Samuel type 5) struck in blue. The stamp with small corner bend and gum crease with large part og. Fine appearance, superb and extremely rare - the sole other recorded example is the adjoining stamp to this, which is housed in the collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. A rarity. Cert.
