    Provisional Issue 1861 (March): Woodblock 4 d. pale bright blue on laid paper, a used example with large even margins all round, in a delightful rich almost over-inked shade, lightly cancelled by crisp CGH obliterator in black. Ironed corner bend not apparent and not affecting the appearance. A very rare stamp and a most attractive example. Cert.
