    1893 (July 26): Bicoloured De La Rue Imperforate Proof on card paper for the Die II 18 pi. value, printed in greyish with lettering hand-painted in brown ink, large margins all round, an extremely rare working Proof. The Crown Agents accepted the proposal on August 20, 1893. Illustrated in 'The De La Rue Collection' edited by Frank Walton RDP on page 2644. A magnificent and rare Essay: unique.
