    1850/53: Half-Length 3 d. blue, 3rd State of the Dies, Ham 4th printing, an unused example of good colour and large margin at base, overprinted in 1879 with SPECIMEN handstamp (Type 10) in black. Unapparent horizontal crease at base, with large part og. Extremely rare, this being the Rod Perry example, just five examples were overprinted with the SPECIMEN handstamp with just two now recorded: this example and the example in the collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
