    O.W. Official 1902 (April 27): 2 d. yellow-green & carmine-red, a single example used on 1903 OHMS registered cover to S. Woodford, Essex tied by "South Western District Office / SW" circular datestamp (Sept 24) with "Official Paid" cds of the same day adjacent. Oval "R" at left and arrival cds of the following day all on the obverse and showing repeated strikes on reverse. A fine and very rare cover. Cert.
