Orb, lettered AK-AL, an unused horizontal pair, marginal from top of sheet and showing '2½d.' imprint and Plate Number "15" with 'Crown / POSTAGE / 2½d.' in red, of fresh vibrant colour, minor wrinkles on large part og., the stamps unmounted og. A most attractive and scarce pair, the only "plate number" multiple known from plate 15 according to Karl Louis Card Index Gi J16 = £ 1'000.
