    1861/64: 2 d. green, rough perf. 14 to 15½, a used example on small mourning envelope from Kandy to Newera Ellia (Nuwara Eliya) tied by oval barred obliterator in black. Reverse with KANDY / POST PAID cds in red (Feb 26) and obverse with Nuwara Ellia arrival in red. Scarce and most unusual franking. Cert. RPSL (2007).
