    Incoming Mail 1854/73: Entire letter prepaid from Manchester (Feb 7, 1854) to Galatz mailed via Ostend, Aachen and Vienna with Austrian P.O. GALLATZ / 27 FEB arrival in blue on reverse, and 1873 Printed Circular for a tea company franked by 1858 2 d. blue pl. 13 (Gi 47) used to Braila prepaid by the land route with 'Ploesci' transit (Jan 16) and 'Braila' thimble datestamps displaying well on reverse.
