    1873 (Dec 8): Cover from Jassy to a lithography print house in Czernowitz in the Austrian Bukowina franked with 1872 Paris print 15 b. red brown, a fresh and fine example tied by “JASSY 8 DEC 73” cds with framed PD alongside, reverse with Czernowitz arrival cds. A rare usage in the local border regime between Romania and Austria of April 1869.
