    1869: 15 b. bright red, a used example with large margins all round, used on second page of entire letter to Vienna, tied by JASSY / SERA datestamp (25/10) in black (Kiriac fig. 468) with framed 'P.D.' alongside. Underpaid by 10 bani but apparently not checked upon arrival and no Postage Due charged, with flap showing 'Leopoldstadt / Wien' cds (1/11) of receipt. A most unusual cover.
