    1869/75: Covers (2), both taxed, with 1869 entire letter sent unpaid from Vienna to Bucharest handstamped with framed "50 BANI" due marking on arrival in blue (Kiriac fig. 1664) and 1875 locally mailed cover within Bucharest with framed "NA" and handstamped "10 BANI" in black (fig. 1648). A scarce pair.
