    1860: Manuscript document on blue paper, struck at base with wonderful impression of circular POSTA GIURGIU negative handstamp in black, dated 1854 - the year the seal was made - showing Eagle vignette above a four horse Post Coach (Kiriac fig 68). Exceptional and very rare so fine.
