    A.D.1340: Vellum manuscript written in Latin by neat hand with two seal-tags (one seal lost), written in the 13th year of reign of King Edward III, refering to a sub-letting of land in '(Sutton) Bonyngton" in Notts. Minor wear and slight dusting with original grey-white wax pendant seal (some faults) attached at foot. Very early item.
