    Boules des Moulins 1871: Entire letter from Granville to Paris "par Moulins Allier" with a defective but extremely unusual franking for the 1 franc rate with 1865 Laureated 40 c. orange and Bordeaux pair of 30 c. brown tied by '1706' gros chiffres with Granville despatch cds (Jan 1) and 'Granville à Paris' cds (Jan 1) on reverse (this dated '70' in error. Tatty but rare.
