    1804 (July 5): Entire letter from Utrecht to Nantes struck with two line 'BAU GAL / ARM DE HOLLANDE' handstamp in red (Reinhardt = 400 pts). Rated '12' in manuscriupt to pay upon receipt, the letter is from an Engineer giving advice concerning the L'Ecole Polytechnique in Paris where courses in algrebra, arithmetic, geometry and mechanics were given.
