    1800 (Feb 28): Printed entire letter from Mollis, near the Walensee, Glarus struck with fine '14E DON / ARM. DU RHIN' in red (Reinhardt = 2'000 pts.) The address slightly erased but with '5' rate in manuscript. The letter from Houpert, Commander of the 109th demi-Brigade, concerns two deserters. Rare.
