CC, fine unused examples each overprinted "Specimen" in manuscript ink, on blue piece (179 x 51 mm.) from the De La Rue record book, annotated at left "New Plate 6d, April 1963 / Ditto 1s."; for sheets of 240 stamps to be printed in four panes of 60 with CC watermark.
