    Recess at Santiago Post Office, Final Printing 1866: 5 c. rose red, single and horizontal pair, margins large to touched in places, the single with file fold, used on 1866 Customs form for a ship going to Valparaiso, with circular ADUANA DEL PUERTO CONSTITUCION handstamp at left, the adhesives tied by bold strikes of CONSTITUCION / CHILE datestamps (Aug 1) in black. A scarce and attractive fiscal usage. Cert. RPSL (1990).
