    Recess at the Santiago Post Office from Perkins Bacon plates - 'Estancos' 1856/61: 10 c. deep blue, pair in a clear impression, a superb sheet marginal example with second stamp of pair diagonally bisected, used on 1861 cover from Serena to Santiago. First stamp showing italic "(pre)ciso colocar las es(tampas)" imprint, the pair cancelled by target handstamps in black with SERENA despatch cds alongside (June 23).
